Registration forms can be found on our website for the 2024/25 school year. Please select your class option and email your form back to registrar.amitypreschool@gmail.com. Registration fee of $75 can be paid via venmo @amitypreschool or mailed to PO Box 858 Amity, OR 97101 along with registration form. Class placment is on a first come first servered bases. If the class that you have selected is full a different option may be offered, if another option does not work your registration fee will be refunded. Otherwise, registration fees are non refundable. Space is limited and will fill up fast.
